What is Team Training?

OnPoint Team Training is an exciting group fitness concept that bridges the gap between one to one PT and traditional fitness boot-camp classes.

Our workouts range from traditional Strength Training to HIIT and Kickboxing classes, creating a vast timetable of fun, varied and results driven group workouts.

As a member, you not only get unlimited access to our expert personal trainers but also the extra support and guidance from your fellow OnPointers, a driving force you don't get at a normal gym.

Who's It For?

Regardless of your age, fitness level or ability, Team Training is for everyone and the classes take place at convenient times of the day, meaning you can always get your workout in, regardless of how busy you are.

The sense of community and personal trainers who really care is what sets it apart, and you'll notice at your first session how welcoming everyone is and how much support you have in improving your fitness, strength and achieving your goals. 

How Do I Get Involved?

Click below to register yourself for a free week trial and we will message you back to book you on to your first class.

At the end of the session we will guide you on how to set up a profile on our booking app so you can book yourself onto any classes you wish to take part in for the remainder of your free trial.

Once your trial is complete, you then have two options; 

Pay as You Go - £12 

Monthly 'Unlimited Classes' Membership - £90
