Team Training

OnPoint Team Training bridges the gap between personal training and traditional bootcamps, providing a unique environment dedicated to producing fantastic results!

Sessions take place 7 days a week at convenient times of the day and as a member you have access to unlimited classes per week as well as our private networking group for extra support and motivation.

Monday (HIIT) - 6am, 9.30am, 6.30pm, 7.30pm

Tuesday (BOXING) - 6am, 9.30am, 6.30pm, 7.30pm

Wednesday (STRENGTH) - 6am, 9.30am, 6.30pm, 7.30pm

Thursday (HIIT) - 6am, 9.30am, 6.30pm, 7.30pm

Friday (BOXING) - 6am, 9.30am, 6.30pm

Saturday (STRENGTH & WEEKEND WARRIOR) - 8am, 9am

Sunday (WEEKEND WARRIOR & KICKBOXING) - 9am, 10am
