1. Where Are You Based?

We are the first unit on the right in the stony hills industrial estate, between Silkwood kitchens and Dean's Furnishers in Ware. You can access Stony Hills from Bengeo via Sacombe Road or by exiting the A602 between Ware and Watton-At-Stone. Our postcode is SG12 0HJ.

2. What Are Your Opening Hours?

Our opening hours are 6am-10pm Monday-Friday and 8am-1pm Saturday and Sunday. All services are scheduled including consultations, so unless something is booked in, the gym will be locked.

3. Do You Offer Memberships?

We offer a membership for our Team Training classes but not a traditional membership in the sense of coming here to train alone whenever you like. All sessions, be that personal training or a class, are led by a personal trainer and will be scheduled. 

4. How Does Your Personal Training Work?

Personal training sessions are sold in block of 5, 10 or 20.

Following an initial consultation / taster session, we will book your sessions in for the month ahead and payent will need to be made upfront.

Block bookings are available. Please discuss with your PT.

5. How Do I Join Team Training?

To join Team Training, you will first need to enquire to register your interest. We will then invite you to come along and view or take part in a few sessions and from there you will be able to decide if it's for you.

Membership is £80 per month and paid via a monthly rolling direct debit.

Subject to availability you can take part in classes for £10 pay as you go.

There are no contracts or sign up fees and you can cancel at any time but a minimum of 1 months notice would be great.

6. Is OnPoint Suitable For The Unfit and Elderly?

Everyone is welcome at OnPoint and our clients range from 15 to 65. The classes require a basic level of fitness and confidence although everyone is very welcoming and supportive.

Personal training is suitable for all ages, levels and abilities and is a lot more private as there is only ever 1-2 more people in the gym at the same time.
